Week 1 |

- Presentation of our small team: our origin, France, our history, our motivations, the objective of our training period.
- Presentation of the project and Navajo-France Association.
- Some exchanges with our students, to know what they know about Internet and for what they use it. For all, Internet is a tool to research information and to communication, some have vague knowledge in programming or in design.
- Presentation of the exchange of the last year with Greyhills, Tuba City.
- Next we presented the project that we will realize together and explained the three destined domains to organize us:
- Web Design
- Web development
- Project management
- Discussed with us the better organization our days knowing than they are articulated in two sequences of two hours: from noon to 2pm, a first group of developers and a second group of designers from 5.30pm to 7.30pm an alone group relating to the project management. This choice presents as advantage of to allow everyone to work on the contents and on the initial reflection of the site.
- To finish the week I teach us the different management steps of project and in general, different steps of the creation of a Web project, this without entering into details:
- Benchmark
- Studies of the costumer needs (functional, editorials, ergonomics and graphic needs)
- Studies of the existing
- Diagnostic – Schedule of conditions
- Conception phases (functional, technical and graphic conception)
- Realization phases

Week 2 |
|
This week, after a come back of last week’s courses, we have realized the planning of the three next weeks.
Then we have begun to talk about our project:
- the objectives of the website, talking about the different ambitions and desires of the customer (Navajo France Association represented by Lorenza Garcia)
- after this brainstorming, we have written, the headings and the cinematic of the web site (sea the Resources)

Week 3 and 4 |

This two last weeks are devoted to the exchange and the writing of contents.
