It exists a lot of navajo recipes, mainly in the reservation. The traditional food of Navajo people is: bread, with fry bread and tortillas, meat with sheep (mutton) and cow (beef), vegetables with corn and beans, and fruits with apples, watermelon, grapes. Fry Bread is probably the main bread used in a lot of recipes by the Navajo people.

With the americanisation of youngers generations of Navajo people, other food specialities appeared, notably the navajo burger and the navajo Taco. The navajo burger looks like an american burger, but instead of the usual bread, it is fry bread. The navajo taco is made with fry bread in which there are salad, tomatoes, onions, chili, beans and meat.

France food is mainly renowed in the world for its cheese, with its "baguette" and its wine.

There are more than 300 cheeses in France, in which the most famous are: "camembert, fromage de chèvre, emmental, roquefort, comté", etc.

It also exists plenty of different breads, and each country has its own speciality: "baguette, pain de campagne, pain au chocolat, pain aux céréales, croissant", etc.

Concerning wines, we distinguish them by the french country which they came from. Thus, there are notably wines of Bordeaux ( country in thesouth west of France), wines of Bourgogne and Alsace (east), wines of Provence and Languedoc-Roussillion (south east).

But France has more than cheeses, breads and wines. Every country has a speciality, for example: "boeuf bourguignon (in Bourgogne), fondue savoyarde (in Savoie), confit de canard (in the Landes), bouillabaisse (in Côte d'Azur)", etc.

France has a culinary history such rich in traditions that it is impossible to present it in only a few sentences. It is a gastronomical buffet where every country has its specialities, its products and its culture...
